So here it is more information on the Mona Vie Elements. I am so going to order the brain health for me and Sean. Because we all know that the older you get the harder it is to remember things. My next one to try after that is the Woman's. I think eventually I will order them all.
After having the gastric bypass surgery I am always looking for better vitamins to take. Cause lets all be honest I am no good at remembering to take pills.
But I am always drinking something! so this just might be what I need to make sure I am getting the nutrients into my body like I need.
Speaking of vitamins I haven't taken any today. That is sooo not good for me. No wonder I feel so tired today.
